Our Merchandise policy lasts 21 days. If you are not content with the item, it doesn’t fit, whatever the reason, please send us an email within 5 days of receipt so we can be aware. 

We won’t offer you a refund or exchange if 21 days have gone by since your purchase, without noticing us or receiving the package. Items can only be returned for a refund if purchased online at www.samytshileu.come and any listed items as FINAL SALE cannot be returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused meaning unworn and unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
